Gas mask up people, we are heading into a contaminated war zone with little contact with friendly people and contamination that we don’t know much about. All we know is that Chernobylite is a science-fiction survival horror experience created by the team behind the critically acclaimed Get Even. This game will have free exploration in an area that will seem peaceful containing challenging combat maybe around the next corner, unique crafting, and non-linear storytelling.

It is your choice if you want to ally or compete with other stalkers in the Chernobyl zone to survive. If you choose to help, always keep your guard around them. Don’t get too friendly as everyone has a hidden agenda here, you never know what they will do to reach their goal. Either way, you must prepare, prepare as long as you want to be ready to face whatever challenges you will face out there. Though keep in mind while you prepare, time still keeps moving. Every second you spend doing one thing success is slipping away, comrades are dying, supplies are shrinking, or luck is running out for you as a patrol group is not too far from you. That isn’t the only things you need to watch out for. There is a reason why this area is cut off, there are supernatural dangers that seemed to have taken up your scent as they keep appearing around you in odd patterns. The next day won’t be the same as the last, bring new challenges to your dire situation.

Thankfully, you have knowledge in physics and chemistry to craft your gear and weapons to protect yourself from military personnel or supernatural beings that twitch throughout the zone. You will be able to manage your supplies while making use of the sophisticated tools that will aid you in your struggle to find the answers you seek about your beloved. You need to stay undetected, gather all the evidence you can find, and keep your resolve strong to find to the truth or avoid the answers. It is your choice if you want to know what really lead to this deceivingly beautifully accurate 3D-scanned recreation of Chernobyl Exclusion zone to the horror it is.

Oh, right I forget to mention that supernatural creatures made from the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, natural threats, and military aren’t your only problem. Seems that reality must have a few cracks in it after the power plant problem as alternate reality creatures are pouring right on through and they certainly are a savage bunch.
Chernobylite is currently under development to be released on consoles and PCs.

If you want to support the developers they have a Kickstarter going to expand and improve the depth of its free- roam exploration https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/thefarm51/chernobylite-survival-horror-in-3d-scanned-chernob.
