I also use Clipix and it is by far the best organizational tool. Like you said, it is more than just pretty pictures, it is an awesome tool that can be used for absolutely anything. I have personally started using it for school. I conduct all my research and save everything I find into a clipboard. Then when time comes, I have everything within reach. So simple and efficient.
