Janet Jackson Squashes X-Factor Rumor

Though last week we speculated that Janet Jackson, among others, we’re being considered for the currently-vacant judge roles on ‘X-Factor,’ Janet has squashed the rumor. Though she is flattered for being considered, a television gig is just not realistic at this time, with her current schedule of an upcoming tour and movie. Simon Cowell also squashed rumors of Beyonce and Mariah Carey filling the roles.
