After a successful Early Access run on PC, Achilles: Survivor is ready to bring its mythological chaos to consoles with its 1.0 launch. Dark Point Games has officially announced that the bullet heaven action title is heading to PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.

At its core, Achilles: Survivor is a fast-paced survival game where players face off against relentless waves of enemies. But unlike traditional bullet heaven titles, it introduces a unique building mechanic, allowing players to construct defensive towers, healing stations, and deadly traps. This twist adds a layer of tactical depth, offering creative ways to control the battlefield.

The game features a wide roster of myth-inspired heroes. Whether you choose the legendary Achilles, a rock-hurling cyclops, or even a surprisingly formidable rooster god, each character comes with unique abilities and playstyles. Players will battle through iconic locales such as Troy and the underworld of Tartarus, each filled with hundreds of enemies and monstrous bosses.

Progression in Achilles: Survivor takes two forms: in-run character upgrades that boost your power as you play, and meta progression that strengthens your team for future battles. This loop encourages experimentation and rewards persistence.

The game’s narrative dives deep into myth. After being resurrected by Hades post-Trojan War, Achilles is betrayed and thrown into Tartarus. Refusing to stay defeated, he escapes and liberates other lost souls. Now hunted by Hades’ minions, Achilles must rally his allies for an epic showdown against the dark god’s forces.

With its mix of fast-paced action, inventive mechanics, and rich mythology, Achilles: Survivor is poised to deliver a thrilling experience when it launches on consoles. Get ready to defy Hades and fight for the fate of Ancient Greece—one wave at a time.
