Publisher WEMADE MAX Co. Ltd and developer MADNGINE have officially unveiled Project TAL, a breathtaking open world action-RPG inspired by Korean mythology, set to launch on PC and consoles in 2027.

This AAA single-player adventure reimagines Korea’s traditional Tal masks and folklore into a vast, living world filled with epic battles, mythical creatures, and emotional storytelling. The announcement trailer showcases cinematic, high-speed combat where players can climb colossal monsters, target weak points, and chain tactical counterattacks for devastating results.

A standout feature is Project TAL’s dynamic companion system. Each NPC ally boasts unique abilities and personalities, adapting intelligently to the player’s fighting style. From defensive support to ranged or magical offense, companions respond fluidly in battle—catching teammates mid-fall or casting barriers in real time.
