The song captures the weight of survival, loss, and responsibility, tracing Herbo’s journey through trauma and street realities while emphasizing focus, purpose, and self-determination in a world where second chances are rare.
Directed by Mark Cukier of MilkyMadeIt, the black-and-white visual places Herbo alongside his son, Yosohn, as he retraces his path through Chicago. From his roots on 79th and Essex to this year’s sold-out birthday bash at Wintrust Arena, the video presents a full-circle narrative shaped by endurance, accountability, and fatherhood.
Lil Herb is a 15-track homecoming and sonic memoir that finds Herbo at his most personal.
