Troma Entertainment is kicking off September with a double dose of cult movie mayhem, bringing fans both a restored slasher favorite and a brand-new horror musical. Arriving on Blu-ray September 8 are Graduation Day (Tromatic Special Edition) and Sweet Meats.

A staple of the early ’80s slasher boom, Graduation Day delivers everything genre fans love: masked murders, high school drama, and a killer stalking student-athletes after a tragic track meet death. The film stars Patch Mackenzie, Christopher George, Linnea Quigley, and even features an early appearance from Vanna White, along with a performance by New Wave band Felony. This Tromatic Special Edition packs in fresh interviews, audio commentaries, and plenty of bonus content for collectors.

On the other end of the spectrum is Sweet Meats, Troma’s latest original offering—a wildly twisted horror comedy with a country music soundtrack. Ricky Glore stars as burger chain owner and country singer Bobby Sweet, whose chart-topping success comes with one horrifying secret ingredient. Equal parts musical, splatterfest, and dark comedy, the film also features a cameo from Troma co-founder Lloyd Kaufman and a generous helping of behind-the-scenes extras.

For more than 50 years, Troma has championed offbeat, boundary-pushing cinema with cult classics including The Toxic Avenger, Class of Nuke ‘Em High, Tromeo and Juliet, and Cannibal! The Musical. This latest Blu-ray pairing proves the legendary indie studio still knows how to satisfy horror fans with equal servings of nostalgia and outrageous new thrills.
