Apple TV+ is turning up the heat in the kitchen with its latest documentary series, Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars. This gripping eight-episode journey is produced by Studio Ramsay Global — the production company helmed by legendary chef and culinary powerhouse Gordon Ramsay — and hosted by food expert Jesse Burgess, co-founder and presenter of the popular YouTube series Topjaw.
With exclusive access to the Michelin Guide’s year-long judging season, the series dives into the obsessive and high-pressure world of elite fine dining. From Los Angeles and London to Mexico City and Copenhagen, Knife Edge follows world-class chefs as they strive to earn their first Michelin Star, defend their hard-won accolades, or reach for the near-mythical third.
