Morefun Studios has officially revealed that Season 7: Utopia launches September 16, 2026, bringing a major new twist to the tactical extraction shooter: zombie-infested modes alongside a hefty round of combat and balance changes.
The headline addition is Infected Zone, a new PvPvE mode that mixes the game’s familiar loot-and-extract formula with biohazard chaos. Six zombie types will roam Farm, Valley, and Airport, with difficulty ranging from Infected Zone to the tougher Heavy Infected Zone. Players can also encounter special containers, emergency missions, merchants, and a new Zombie Research progression system that unlocks abilities outside raids.
Prefer your undead without the PvP threat? Zombie Endless offers a pure PvE experience on Airport, where players choose roles, upgrade weapons, pick up new skills, and attempt to survive increasingly dangerous zombie hordes.
But Season 7 isn’t just about zombies. Two new weapons are joining the arsenal: the A545, a new top-tier rifle, and the hard-hitting AK-15SC. Four seasonal attachments—including kits for the PCC-9, M110, FAL, and MPX—will add even more room for weapon customization.
Morefun is also targeting several long-requested balance issues. Season 7 brings increased effective ranges, stronger headshot effectiveness, mode-based ammo and gear caps, the removal of T5/T6 armor penetration RNG, and a flashlight nerf.
And for players who like to relive their best—or most painful—raids, the update adds new dog-tag inspection animations, more detailed final-30-second combat stats, and the ability to share raid highlights and achievements.
In short, Utopia looks like a substantial shake-up for Arena Breakout: Infinite. Whether you’re hunting players, hunting zombies, or simply trying to make it out with your loot intact, September 16 could be one of the game’s biggest days yet.
