Brazilian indie power-pop sensations Banda AL9 have officially landed in the United States with their debut US single, “She Can Do It All,” out now via Stevie Van Zandt’s Wicked Cool Records. The track is available on all streaming platforms, alongside a zany, playful official music video.

Led by brothers Matheus Khouri (vocals, lead guitar) and Thiago Khouri (vocals, bass), Banda AL9 has built a global following of more than 2 million fans thanks to their infectious fusion of classic rock, power-pop hooks, and modern indie energy. Van Zandt describes the band as hitting the “Power Pop sweet spot,” blending chiming guitars and tight harmonies with a Beatles-meets-early-Who urgency, infused with Brazil’s vibrant rhythm.

Formed in 2017 through acoustic covers on social media, the band quickly transitioned to original music, going viral on TikTok and breaking into the mainstream with their debut album Amor É A Lei. International co-signs, airplay on Underground Garage, and collaborations with Steve Aoki further fueled their rise.

Now signed to Wicked Cool Records, Banda AL9 will make their US live debut with a sold-out show at New York City’s The Cutting Room on February 19, with a US album set for release this summer.
