If your gaming controller has become more of a limitation than a tool, CRKD has a new option worth checking out. The company behind the popular Nitro Deck is now shipping the ULT PRO, a feature-packed wireless controller designed for players who want more control without jumping into ultra-premium pricing.
The ULT PRO works across Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch, PC, mobile devices, tablets, and Smart TVs, with 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth, and USB-C wired connectivity. PC gamers can also take advantage of a 1000Hz polling rate in wired PC mode, designed for fast, responsive inputs.
One of the headline features is the inclusion of TMR thumbsticks. The magnetic sensor technology is designed to eliminate traditional stick drift while delivering precise control. There’s also a No Deadzone Mode for players who want to fine-tune stick responsiveness.
Then there are the buttons. The ULT PRO adds six remappable inputs—four on the back and two in the shoulder area—along with programmable controls and customizable profiles. The trigger system can also be switched between a short, tactile click and longer trigger travel, with independent adjustment for each trigger.
CRKD didn’t stop at performance. The controller includes adjustable rumble, turbo functionality, swappable stick tops and a swappable D-pad. A platform slider makes it easy to move between connected devices, while the CRKD Companion App provides additional configuration options and firmware updates.
And there’s a charging dock in the box. The ULT PRO comes with an integrated rechargeable battery, charging cable and wireless dongle, while also supporting standard AA batteries. For serious marathon sessions, an optional rechargeable battery pack can be hot-swapped using a hidden charging compartment in the dock.
Available in Smoke Black with either Switch or PC layouts and Pal Grey with a Switch layout, the ULT PRO retails for $69.99.
With TMR sticks, six extra buttons, adjustable triggers, 1000Hz PC mode and a pile of customization options, CRKD is clearly aiming the ULT PRO at players who want their controller to work a little harder.
