The critically acclaimed noir thriller Dark Winds makes its highly anticipated return to AMC and AMC+ on Sunday, February 15 at 9PM ET/PT, kicking off an eight-episode fourth season that dives deeper into the shadowy world of the Navajo Tribal Police.

Based on Tony Hillerman’s iconic Leaphorn & Chee novels, the series stars Zahn McClarnon—who also makes his television directorial debut this season—as Lt. Joe Leaphorn, alongside Kiowa Gordon as Jim Chee and Jessica Mattenas Bernadette Manuelito. Executive produced by Robert Redford and George R.R. Martin, the series continues to earn praise, holding a 100% Rotten Tomatoes score through its first three seasons.

Season 4 follows Leaphorn, Chee, and Manuelito as they search for a missing Navajo girl, a case that takes them from the Navajo Nation to 1970s Los Angeles, where an obsessive killer and organized crime syndicate await.

New cast members include Franka Potente, Chaske Spencer, Isabel DeRoy-Olson, Luke Barnett, and Titus Welliver. Fans can watch the first-look teaser during the premiere of Anne Rice’s Talamasca: The Secret Order this Sunday at 9PM ET/PT.

Catch up on the first three seasons now on AMC+ or via The AMC Collection on Netflix, where Dark Winds Season 3 drops October 27.
