UK Electronic powerhouse duo Gorgon City–aka Kye Gibbon and Matt Robson-Scott– continue slinging irresistible club heaters with the release of “You Know It” building anticipation for their forthcoming album and live dates across the globe.
Serving dark pulsating rhythms and a hypnotic vocal, “You Know It” invokes flavors of the early-hours club – sweaty, heady, all-consuming pure vibes. As it ascends and explodes with the final drop, you’ll be leaving it all on the dancefloor.
“You Know It” follows Gorgon City returning with a bang earlier in 2024, with “Biggest Regret” featuring Bbyafrika. Selected as Danny Howard/Arielle Free’s first BBC Radio 1 Dance Party Hottest Record of the Year and Pandora’s ‘Hot Drop’, the tracks heavy mix of big room house and underground bassline is tried, tested, and guaranteed to go off in every set. Plus, a couple of banging variations – a drum ’n’ bass remix and ‘Drumsheds version’ (due to popular fan demand) satiated fans living the moment on through different soundscapes.
This April, Gorgon City return to the world-renowned Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. The duo recently revealed that this appearance, their third at the festival, will feature 100% GC-music with most of it new and unheard. Teasing their listeners, as usual, with hints of the make-up of their forthcoming album.
In spring, Gorgon City will begin their 2024 residency at LIV Las Vegas, partake in a St Patrick’s Day edition of Elrow at Silo Dublin, and head back Miami Music Week headlining ‘Enter the Realm’ on March 21 with some special guests. In the summer, the guys will perform at We Are FSTVL in the UK and Hideout Festival in Croatia.
