With over half a billion streams of their critically acclaimed debut EP Worldwide Torture, Jazmin Bean is one of the UK’s worst-kept secrets. Today, the non-binary, London-based artist continues their evolution with the release of their brand-new single “Terrified”, along with the music video. “Terrified” is the third single off of their upcoming debut album entitled Traumatic Livelihood, which is due out in February 2024, and includes Jazmin’s previous singles “Favourite Toy” and “Piggie”, which was produced by John Feldman and Travis Barker.
Emotionally laden, the new track pays homage to nineties rock guitars and swooning strings, making “Terrified” a towering ballad that neatly sums up the anxiety of falling deeply in love, but fearing the outcome. “Terrified” is available now via aswang birthday cake/Interscope Records/Island Records.
