Moby, the acclaimed electronic musician, producer, and activist, has released a cassette remix of “Precious Mind,” featuring India Carney. This reimagined version, from his 2024 album always centered at night, transforms the original track into a lush, cinematic trip-hop piece. Alongside the remix, Moby has also directed a new music video.
On September 12th, he will release Quiet Home DJ Mix, which includes new and unreleased versions of tracks from the album, designed with relaxation and study themes in mind.
always centered at night features 13 collaborations, including soul-jazz singer Lady Blackbird, serpentwithfeet, and the late poet Benjamin Zephaniah. The album is part of Moby’s ongoing project, inspired by the spirit of musical discovery. Known for seeking unique voices, Moby has worked with a variety of artists throughout his career, from underground talents to superstars.
Later this year, Moby will embark on a European/UK tour to celebrate the 25th anniversary of his landmark album Play. All profits from the tour will support animal rights organizations in Europe.
