Owen Wilson is heading back to the golf course, but this time, he’s chasing a dream of his own. Apple TV has unveiled the trailer for Season 2 of Stick, bringing more laughs, unlikely comebacks, and heart to its feel-good sports comedy.
Premiering Wednesday, November 4, 2026, the 10-episode season finds former golf pro Pryce Cahill (Wilson) facing a new challenge. While teenage golf sensation Santi (Peter Dager) takes the next step toward professional golf, Pryce begins wondering whether his own career deserves another shot.
With encouragement from his longtime rival Clark Ross (Timothy Olyphant), Pryce makes an unexpected move: he sets out to become the oldest golfer ever to win a major championship. Easier said than done, of course. Along the way, he’ll confront old regrets, tough competition, and the question of whether he still has what it takes.
The new season also welcomes Rhea Seehorn (Better Call Saul) as Amanda, a brilliant new coach joining Pryce’s corner alongside trusted caddie Mitts (Marc Maron).
Wilson and Dager return alongside Maron, Mariana Treviño, Lilli Kay, Judy Greer, and Olyphant, with additional appearances from Billy Zane, Rex Linn, Sasha Alexander, and Missi Pyle. Golf fans can also look forward to guest appearances from legendary broadcasters Jim Nantz and Trevor Immelman.
Created by Jason Keller, Stick blends golf with an uplifting story about second chances, found family, and believing in yourself when the odds are stacked against you.
Tee time is November 4 on Apple TV. The season kicks off with two episodes, followed by weekly releases through December 30. Looks like Pryce Cahill isn’t ready to hang up his clubs just yet.
