Ryan, SERHANT’s CEO, has closed more than $8 billion in sales and represented clients in record-breaking deals across the country. In September 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and amid uncertain market conditions, Ryan decided to strike out on his own and launch his own brokerage.
Under Ryan’s leadership, SERHANT. has since expanded to seven states, grown its agent and employee roster to over 500 people across 19 states, and has amassed over 6 million followers across all social platforms.
