Post Malone has recently unveiled his Vevo Official Live Performance of “Overdrive,” a track from his upcoming album, Austin, set to release on July 28.

Vevo’s Official Live Performances are the result of close collaboration between artists and their teams, resulting in a series of exclusive and exceptional performances.

Post Malone expressed his excitement about these videos, emphasizing how significant this new album is to him. He feels incredibly fortunate to bring the songs to life with Vevo and extends his gratitude to everyone for watching and listening.

For the creation of the live performance, Post Malone worked closely with Vevo’s team to design a unique set that exudes a sense of fun, warmth, and relatability. The performance opens in a living room with an open and minimalistic feel, adorned with retro, wood-paneled walls illuminated by various lamps. The camera intimately follows Post Malone as he navigates through the space, circling around different instruments and stereo equipment. As the song concludes, he reclines on a burnt orange couch, covering his face.

Last month, Post Malone shared the tracklist for Austin, indicating that the album will not feature any collaborations—a first for him. Additionally, he teased a song called “Something Real,” featuring a choir and lyrics such as “Give me something I can feel, had a cigarette just so I can breathe.”
