Brooklyn band Ringing have announced their debut album, another cycle in the cosmic wash, due out March 20, 2026 via Julia’s War Recordings and Signal//Noise Records. The record marks a major milestone for the project led by Colton Walker, capturing the band’s monumental sound with renewed intention and clarity.
Alongside the announcement, Ringing have unveiled the album’s first preview, “incandescent,” out today with an official visualizer. Built on sludgy guitars and slow-burning tension, the track confronts the unease of self-realization. “This song is about admitting that you aren’t happy with the way you’re living your life,” Walker explains. “It’s not an easy thing to confront, but it’s a necessary first step.”
Originally formed as a solo project in 2020, Ringing evolved into a three-piece and quickly became a fixture in New York City’s underground scene. Recorded live in a single session, another cycle in the cosmic wash distills years of growth, touring, and introspection into ten immersive tracks. Pre-orders are available now, with more live dates to be announced soon.
