The legendary Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Cheap Trick return with “The Riff That Won’t Quit,” the electrifying new single from their upcoming 21st studio album, All Washed Up, arriving November 14 via BMG. The track — a burst of classic hooks, swaggering guitars, and timeless energy — is streaming now alongside a brand-new visualizer.
Produced with longtime collaborator Julian Raymond and mixed by Chris Lord-Alge (Green Day, Dave Matthews Band), All Washed Up was recorded across Nashville and Los Angeles in 2024. The album follows the summer release of “Twelve Gates,” praised by Ultimate Classic Rock for its “psychedelic guitars and Beatlesque harmonies,” and hailed by American Songwriter as a perfect blend of power-pop and nostalgia.
Fans can grab All Washed Up on digital, CD, standard black vinyl, or a limited-edition Orange Marble vinyl (only 1,000 copies available exclusively through Cheap Trick’s official D2C store).
Known for their nonstop touring, Cheap Trick hit the road again October 11 with a co-headlining set at Rockin’ in Paradise with Styx & Friends in Miramar Beach, FL, followed by headline dates and shows with Heart running through early December.
Turn it up — the riff truly won’t quit.
