Scott Pilgrim EX, the all-new adventure brawler from Tribute Games, launches digitally March 3 on PC and consoles, and a fresh trailer just dropped some big character reveals. Joining the fight are two former foes turned playable chaos machines: Matthew Patel and Robot-01.

Patel, the theatrical League of Evil Exes alum, fights like a supernatural stage director. Expect flame bursts, extra arms, and summoned demon hipsters causing crowd-control mayhem while he rigs the battlefield with mystical traps. On the flip side, Robot-01 is pure mechanical violence — blasting across the screen with thrusters, morphing mid-combat, firing long-range shots, and unleashing explosive screen-clearing attacks built for maximum destruction.

Story-wise, Sex Bob-omb has been kidnapped, their gear stolen, and Toronto is overrun by demons, vegans, and robots (a normal week, honestly). Scott, Ramona, and a crew of allies — seven fighters total — brawl through streets, beaches, and even time itself to save the city.

Expect bright, warped visuals, deep-cut series references, upgradable move sets, wild weapons, a new story co-written by Bryan Lee O’Malley, and fresh music from Anamanaguchi.
