SEGA® and Lizardcube have officially announced the SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance™ SEGA Villains Stage DLC, releasing on April 3, 2026, for PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Nintendo Switch.
Ninja master Joe Musashi faces his toughest challenge yet, battling three iconic SEGA villains: the colossal Death Adder from Golden Axe™, Shimano’s “mad dog” Goro Majima (Like a Dragon™/Yakuza™), and the diabolical Dr. Eggman (Sonic the Hedgehog™).
The DLC introduces five thrilling new stages, each inspired by classic SEGA worlds, alongside:
- Two new Boss Rush modes
- Three new ninpo abilities
- Three new Joe Musashi outfits
- Six fresh music tracks
The SEGA Villains Stage DLC comes with the Digital Deluxe Edition. Standard Edition owners can purchase it separately or as part of the Digital Upgrade Pack.
In addition, a free update patch launches on April 3rd, adding Hardcore Mode, combat system tweaks, and enhancements to character outlines, maps, and tutorials.
