Nashville-based punk innovators Snooper return with their most accomplished release to date, Worldwide, out now on Third Man Records. The album marks a significant evolution for the band, refining their distinctive “egg punk” energy into a cohesive, forward-thinking sound that balances chaos with precision.

Formed in 2020 by guitarist Connor Cummins and vocalist Blair Tramel, Snooper has built a reputation for high-octane performances, inventive stage design, and a playful DIY aesthetic. Joined by bassist Happy Haugen, drummer Brad Barteau, and guitarist Conner Sullivan, the group channels their irreverent humor and creative intensity into music that feels both immediate and artfully constructed.

Produced by John Congleton, Worldwide is a polished yet adventurous record that pushes beyond traditional punk boundaries. It fuses frenetic punk rhythms with danceable grooves, art pop textures, and industrial undertones, resulting in a dynamic and immersive listen. Standout tracks such as “Opt Out,” “On Line,” “Company Car,” and the infectious “Star*69” exemplify the band’s sharpened songwriting and sonic ambition.

Thematically, Worldwide reflects on pressure, transformation, and creative identity, capturing the tension between DIY roots and broader recognition. With its inventive production and unrelenting spirit, the album positions Snooper as one of the most forward-looking and vital forces in contemporary punk.
