Earlier this month, St. Vincent spilled some exciting details about her latest release, describing it as “urgent and psychotic.” Today, she officially unveiled her new LP, titled “All Born Screaming,” along with the lead single “Broken Man.”
This marks St. Vincent’s seventh full-length album, which she self-produced. It’s set to drop on April 26th under Virgin Music Group. The album, mixed by Cian Riordan, boasts an impressive lineup of contributors including Rachel Eckroth, Josh Freese, Dave Grohl, Mark Guiliana, Cate Le Bon, Justin Meldal-Johnsen, Stella Mogzawa, and David Ralicke.
In St. Vincent’s own words, “There are some places, emotionally, that you can only get to by taking the long walk into the woods alone—to find out what your heart is really saying. It sounds real because it is real.”
