What starts as a peaceful hiking trip quickly spirals into a nightmare in Pitfall, the new horror thriller arriving on Digital and Video on Demand June 30 from Cineverse.
Directed by James Kondelik, the film follows a group of hikers whose wilderness adventure takes a deadly turn when one of them falls into a hidden pit trap. Injured, isolated, and hunted, the group soon discovers the forest has been transformed into a deadly game board by a mysterious predator who is watching their every move.
Pitfall features a cast led by Marshall Williams, Alexandra Essoe, Richard Harmon, Jordan Claire Robbins, Matt Hamilton, and UFC champion Randy Couture. The film made its debut at Screamfest 2025 before heading to theaters nationwide through AMC in May 2026.
