For every kit purchased, Taylor Morrison will donate $1,000 to a nonprofit organization providing mortgage assistance to homeowners at risk of foreclosure. With foreclosure filings up 11% in early 2025, this initiative comes at a critical time for many families facing financial strain during the holidays.

Each Build Joy Gingerbread House Kit includes freshly baked gingerbread panels, icing, and festive candies, perfect for creating sweet memories with loved ones.
