The AFC Richmond spirit was alive and well in Los Angeles as Apple TV rolled out the blue carpet for the world premiere of the highly anticipated fourth season of Ted Lasso at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.
Leading the celebrations were executive producer and star Jason Sudeikis, joined by fan favorites Hannah Waddingham, Brendan Hunt and Jeremy Swift, along with newcomers Tanya Reynolds, Jude Mack, Faye Marsay, Rex Hayes, Aisling Sharkey, Abbie Hern and Grant Feely. Showrunner Jack Burditt and executive producers Bill Lawrence, Jeff Ingold, Jane Becker, Jamie Lee and Liza Katzer also attended the glamorous event.

Season four sees Ted return to Richmond for a fresh challenge—coaching a second-division women’s football team. Expect the same heart, humor and optimism that made the Emmy-winning comedy a global phenomenon, with plenty of new faces joining the beloved cast.
Fans won’t have to wait long to see what’s next. Ted Lasso returns to Apple TV on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, while the first three seasons are available to stream now.
After breaking records and winning back-to-back Emmy Awards for Outstanding Comedy Series, Ted Lasso is ready to prove once again that believing is always in style.
