The Black Keys have dropped the official music video for their new single “Where There’s Smoke, There’s Fire”, released March 19–20, 2026, ahead of their upcoming album Peaches!, due May 1, 2026. Serving as the second advance single after 2025’s No Rain, No Flowers, the track offers a preview of the band’s continued evolution in blues-rock.
Directed by EJ McLeavey-Fisher and produced by Sheree Shu through Good Hustle Productions Inc., the five-minute video captures a surprise performance at Lucinda’s, a New York City bar. Unlike highly choreographed visuals, the footage embraces a raw, live feel, putting the focus on the band’s energy and groove.
Musically, the song blends Dan Auerbach’s crunchy guitar riffs, Patrick Carney’s driving drums, and a robust horn section, anchored by playful, fire-themed lyrics. The track’s sweaty, loose-band vibe mirrors the rest of Peaches!, which the band describes as one of their most natural, visceral records. Fans can expect the classic Black Keys punch: soulful vocals, garage-rock energy, and hints of Wurlitzer textures.
With a U.S. tour kicking off in April 2026, “Where There’s Smoke, There’s Fire” sets the stage for a fiery, intimate ride through the sounds of The Black Keys’ latest chapter.
