Prime Video is bringing audiences back into the world of espionage and action with The Terminal List: Dark Wolf, premiering August 27, 2025. The prequel series stars Taylor Kitsch as Ben Edwards, alongside Chris Pratt and Tom Hopper, and will debut its first three episodes exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories. New episodes drop weekly until the finale on September 24.

The new series serves as an origin story, following Edwards’ transformation from Navy SEAL to CIA operative. The trailer teases a high-stakes journey filled with betrayal, loyalty, and the heavy price of clandestine warfare. Chris Pratt also reprises his role as James Reece, connecting Dark Wolf to the acclaimed 2022 hit The Terminal List.

Co-created by Jack Carr, the bestselling author of The Terminal List, and showrunner David DiGilio, Dark Wolf digs deeper into the themes of sacrifice and moral complexity. Executive producers include Kitsch, Pratt, Antoine Fuqua, and Carr, with authenticity reinforced by military veterans serving as advisors, writers, and actors.

The series also introduces Tom Hopper as Raife Hastings, Robert Wisdom as Jed Haverford, Luke Hemsworth as Jules Landry, Dar Salim as Mohammed Farooq, Rona-Lee Shimon as Eliza Perash, Shiraz Tzarfati as Tal Varon, and Jared Shaw as Ernest “Boozer” Vickers.

With a gripping espionage narrative and a commitment to realism, The Terminal List: Dark Wolf aims to deliver a thrilling continuation of the franchise while exploring the hidden costs of a life lived in the shadows.
