The Touhou Luna Nights Physical 5-Year Anniversary Standard and Limited Collector’s Edition is set to release on March 21, 2025, for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 through select retailers in Europe and North America. This marks the first time Touhou Luna Nights will be available on consoles outside Asia, and fans can pre-order their copies now!
Originally developed by Team Ladybug and WSS Playground, and published by PLAYISM, Touhou Luna Nights is a Metroidvania game focused on exploration and action, based on the hugely popular Touhou Project universe. With over 12,000 “overwhelmingly positive” reviews on Steam, it’s a fan favorite.
SelectaPlay will be handling the creation, publishing, and distribution of the physical retail versions, including the 5-Year Anniversary Standard Edition and Special Limited Collector’s Edition.
The Standard Edition will come with a printed color manual and a special sleeve, while the Limited Collector’s Edition offers even more for fans. In addition to the physical game and manual, the Collector’s Edition includes a double-CD original soundtrack, three alternative inlays, a serialized certificate of authenticity, a SteelBook case, and a beautifully designed oversized collector’s box.
