Bel U.S.—maker of beloved brands including Babybel, GoGo squeeZ, and The Laughing Cow—has announced a donation of one million nourishing snacks to families across the country. The donation includes GoGo squeeZ® low fat yogurt, The Laughing Cow® Spreadable Cheese Wedges, Boursin® Gourmet Cheese, and other cheese products.
These snacks will be distributed through food banks and nonprofit partners beginning November 12, supporting communities near Bel’s U.S. headquarters and production facilities. Partner organizations include City Harvest and Children’s Aid (New York, NY), Midwest Food Bank (Peoria, IL), The Idaho Foodbank (Nampa, ID), Feeding America (Little Chute, WI), Food Rescue (Traverse City, MI), and Feeding Brookings (Brookings, SD).
Bel’s initiative aligns with its Purpose*Full Snacking mission—to bring both nourishment and joy while strengthening local food systems and community resilience.
“We know that eight in ten Americans aren’t getting enough fruit, vegetables, and dairy in their diets, even before rising food costs,” said Paloma Lopez, Chief Sustainability and Communications Officer at Bel U.S. “As a family-owned, mission-led company, we believe our role extends beyond the shelf. This donation helps families access nutritious snacks that support balanced diets and moments of joy.”
Through this effort, Bel U.S. continues its long-standing commitment to building stronger, healthier communities—one snack at a time.
