Apple TV has unveiled the official trailer for season three of its Emmy Award-nominated comedy Shrinking, created by Bill Lawrence, Brett Goldstein and Jason Segel. The highly anticipated new season will premiere globally on Wednesday, January 28, with a one-hour premiere episode, followed by weekly episodes every Wednesday through April 8, 2026.

Shrinking stars Emmy nominee Jason Segel alongside Harrison Ford, with a standout ensemble cast that includes Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell and Ted McGinley. The series centers on a grieving therapist who begins breaking professional boundaries by telling his clients exactly what he thinks—setting off life-altering consequences for them and himself.

Season three raises the stakes with an impressive lineup of special guest stars. Returning favorites include Brett Goldstein, Damon Wayans Jr., Wendie Malick and Cobie Smulders, while new additions Jeff Daniels and multi-award-winning actor and activist Michael J. Fox are set to make memorable appearances.

Produced by Warner Bros. Television, Shrinking continues Apple TV’s successful collaboration with Lawrence and his creative partners, following global hits like Ted Lasso and Bad Monkey. With its blend of humor, heart and sharp storytelling, season three promises to deliver the emotional depth and laughs fans have come to love.

The first two seasons of Shrinking are now streaming on Apple TV.
