Indie horror continues to thrive with bold concepts, and I Know Exactly How You Die is a striking example. MPX has announced its official US digital release, bringing Rushabh Patel’s chilling vision to audiences nationwide. Beginning April 7, viewers can rent or own the film on Digital HD, including Prime Video and Fandango at Home, with a DVD release also planned.

The story follows Rian Burman, a struggling horror writer battling heartbreak and creative paralysis. Seeking inspiration, he retreats to a remote motel, where fiction begins to bleed into reality. As Rian writes about Katie, a counselor fleeing a violent stalker, his imagined scenes begin unfolding in real life.

Unbeknownst to him, the real Katie is hiding nearby, pursued by a deranged ex–mailman turned killer. When their paths cross, the terrifying truth emerges: Rian’s manuscript is manifesting events. As bodies pile up, he must confront whether he is merely a storyteller or the architect of the nightmare.

Premiering to a sold out crowd at Dances With Films NYC, the film blends psychological tension with meta horror, delivering a gripping exploration of creativity, control, and consequence. It promises to leave audiences questioning the power of storytelling itself. As anticipation builds, horror fans should mark their calendars now eagerly
