Marlon Hoffstadt’s “Breathe” returns today in a high-energy remix from Manchester producer Morgan Seatree, released through Capitol Records alongside Goodlife Management and MC3. The new version transforms Hoffstadt’s emotionally charged original into a hands-in-the-air rave weapon built for festival fields, sunrise sets, and sweaty late-night dance floors.
The remix arrives with a freewheeling visualizer featuring the same group of Los Angeles friends introduced in the track’s original video, capturing the carefree spirit pulsing through the release. When “Breathe” first landed in March, METAL praised it as “a euphoric yet quietly melancholic track” that mirrored the emotional openness of Hoffstadt’s DJ sets.
For Hoffstadt, the collaboration felt inevitable. After championing Seatree’s breakout edit of Florence + the Machine’s “Spectrum (Say My Name)” in his own sets, the Berlin star knew he wanted to work together. Seatree, meanwhile, called the remix a “natural progression,” adding that collaborating with one of his musical heroes was both an honor and a career highlight.
With Seatree’s unstoppable rise continuing into 2026, “Breathe” feels perfectly timed to dominate the summer dance circuit.
