Get ready to power up once again—DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO is expanding with its biggest content drop yet. The Super Limit-Breaking NEO DLC launches on 30 July 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
Headlining the DLC is Limit Breaker Journey, an all-new solo mode where players pick their favourite fighter, build their stats and customise their abilities through a series of strategic battles. You’ll navigate a world map, choose opponents based on their strength and make smart use of Battle Arts to gain the upper hand, shaping your character to match your preferred playstyle.
There’s plenty more to look forward to, including four new Episode Battles, 33 additional characters spanning DRAGON BALL, DRAGON BALL Z, DRAGON BALL SUPER and DRAGON BALL GT, plus four brand-new stages to fight on.
Alongside the paid DLC, a free update is bringing fresh gameplay mechanics for everyone. Sparking! Boost lets players sacrifice a large amount of Skill Stock for a huge power surge during Sparking! Mode—at the cost of temporarily weakened stats afterwards. Meanwhile, Chain Blast introduces devastating new combo opportunities by allowing players to switch to a reserve ally for explosive follow-up attacks. New stage variations are also on the way.
DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO is currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch. The Super Limit-Breaking NEO DLC arrives on 30 July 2026 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, with details on the Nintendo Switch versions set to be announced at a later date.
