Street Fighter 6 has officially launched its Year 4 content, and it’s starting strong with the arrival of Yasmine—the franchise’s first-ever Filipino fighter.
Available now across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2, Yasmine brings the fast-paced Filipino martial art of Eskrima to the roster. Armed with a deadly Karambit knife, she combines lightning-fast strikes, acrobatic movement, and relentless pressure as she searches for her missing older brother.
Players who own the Year 4 Character Pass or Year 4 Ultimate Pass can jump straight into the action. Yasmine also features two outfits: her traditional Eskrima combat gear and a school uniform that can be unlocked through Avatar Arcade Mode or purchased with Fighter Coins.
Her debut also marks the first addition to Street Fighter 6’s Year 4 lineup, which will later welcome Arjun, Tifa from the FINAL FANTASY VII Remake series, and Bosch. Alongside the new character, Capcom has rolled out a full roster-wide balance update, giving every fighter fresh tweaks.

The celebrations don’t stop there. Beginning August 7, players can take part in The Way of the Oni × The Way of the Fist crossover event, featuring an Onimusha-inspired Battle Hub makeover, exclusive colors, and themed rewards. A new Street Voter event will also let fans earn special Genma-themed stickers and camera frames.
With more than seven million copies sold, Street Fighter 6 continues to evolve with new fighters, balance updates, and crossover events—making Year 4 an exciting new chapter for fans.
