Prime Video is mixing comedy with creepy surprises this Halloween. The streamer has dropped the first trailer and key art for Last One Laughing: Halloween, a spooky special that challenges some of the UK’s funniest comedians to keep a straight face in the middle of supernatural chaos.
Hosted by Jimmy Carr, with Roisin Conaty serving as his deputy, the special features Jack Dee, Daisy May Cooper, Phil Wang, Lou Sanders, Reece Shearsmith, Harriet Dyer and Tom Allen. Their mission? Make everyone else laugh without cracking a smile themselves.
Of course, Halloween brings a few extra tricks. Along with the usual comedy battles, contestants will face cursed props, ghostly interruptions and spine-tingling surprises designed to rattle even the most confident performers.
The rules are simple: laugh and you’re out, scream and you’re out. Staying quiet might be harder than surviving a haunted house.
The first three episodes of Last One Laughing: Halloween arrive on Prime Video worldwide on October 23, with the final episode following on October 30.
The special follows a big year for the series. The original UK edition picked up multiple honors in 2026, including a BAFTA for Best Entertainment Programme, while Bob Mortimer won Best Entertainment Performance.
Can these comedians survive Halloween without losing their nerve—or bursting into laughter? The new trailer suggests they’re in for a frighteningly funny time.
