Based on Mikita Brottman’s acclaimed true-crime book Guilty Creatures: Sex, God, and Murder in Tallahassee, Florida, the series explores the disturbing story of two young, deeply religious lovers whose affair leads to murder. The twist? They spend the next 18 years living with the weight of their deadly secret.
Behind the camera is an impressive lineup. I, Tonya director Craig Gillespie will direct and executive produce, while Stuart Zicherman takes on showrunner duties. The adaptation is penned by Sarah DeLappe, with production handled by Tomorrow Studios, the company behind ONE PIECE and Physical.
