Arc Games is teaming up with rising indie studio Full Metal Bagel to publish Hell Express, a slick, anime-style 4-player co-op extraction adventure that’s already turning heads.

Currently in development, Hell Express blends sci-fi squad action, supernatural chaos, and story-driven thrills in a high-risk journey through Limbo. Players join an armed delivery crew tasked with dangerous paranormal drop-offs, scavenging valuable loot, upgrading gear and vehicles, and—most importantly—making it back alive. Every run is a gamble where strategy, teamwork, and quick thinking mean the difference between profit and disaster.

Full Metal Bagel may be new, but the talent isn’t. The team includes industry veterans whose past work spans The Last of Us Part II, Assassin’s Creed: Origins, and Honor of Kings, bringing serious pedigree to this stylish isometric PvE shooter.

Under the partnership, Arc Games will handle global publishing, marketing, distribution, and long-term live-service strategy, while Full Metal Bagel leads development and creative direction. Both sides see the game as a standout in the extraction shooter space, aiming to push interactive storytelling and squad-based design further.

Fans can get an early taste at Taipei Game Show (Jan 29–Feb 1), where Hell Express will feature a playable Alpha playtest demo at Full Metal Bagel’s Indie House booth (A18). Attendees can meet the dev team, share feedback, and snag exclusive swag.

With more feedback-driven playtests planned this year, Hell Express is inviting players along for the ride from day one.
