Becky G is taking fans inside the world of Baraja Bendita—one intimate performance at a time.
The singer has teamed up with Vevo for her first Official Live Performance, kicking off a four-part series with “2AM,” a standout from her latest album. The performances will roll out over the coming weeks, each bringing a distinct visual identity to the songs.
For “2AM,” Becky G trades the spotlight for something more intimate. Her silhouette emerges behind a foliage-covered wrought-iron gate before she steps into a dreamy peach-colored room, surrounded by flowing white curtains. Seated on a vintage dark wood dresser, she delivers the song as the camera slowly explores the space around her.
“I enjoyed expressing myself and transforming the space into something new for each song,” Becky G says, promising fans a fresh way to experience the album.
And this is only the beginning. Vevo says each performance will feature its own choreography, lighting, textures and energy—reflecting the unpredictability of a shuffled deck of cards. The series will ultimately build toward a final short film inspired by Baraja Bendita.
Becky G and Vevo have collaborated before, including a Footnotes video where the singer unpacked the stories and meanings behind hits such as “Bailé Con Mi Ex.” Now, with “2AM,” they’re opening the door to a much bigger visual world.
