Developer Gamemode One has released the Avatar Legends Add-On, bringing elemental bending, survival gameplay, and a journey toward mastering the Avatar State to Minecraft players.
Inspired by Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Legend of Korra, and Seven Havens, the add-on lets players begin with one element and gradually unlock the ability to master all four. Along the way, bending isn’t just for show. Players can use their powers to help with survival, interact with the environment, and unleash new combat abilities, including in PvP battles.
Master Your Elements
Every bending technique uses Chi, an energy resource that regenerates over time. Push your powers too far, and you’ll run out of energy. Thankfully, unlocking new Chakras and progressing through the game lets you upgrade your Chi capacity.
Players can also enter the powerful Avatar State when deeply wounded, temporarily becoming invulnerable and bending without consuming Chi. Just don’t get too comfortable — the power doesn’t last forever.
Explore Temples and Unlock New Powers
Progression takes players across the world in search of temples inspired by the Four Nations. These structures appear in particular biomes and provide Meditation Points for unlocking new techniques. Players can also encounter past Avatars who offer guidance along the way.
Beyond elemental combat, the add-on introduces new building materials and decorative blocks. Use bending to create items like Sintered Stone and Scorched Timber, or craft Nation-inspired roof tiles and other structures.
The result is an add-on that aims to make bending a meaningful part of everyday Minecraft survival, from gathering resources to battling enemies.
