The popular mobile strategy RPG Ludus: Merge Arena has surpassed 5 million players worldwide and generated close to $3 million in monthly revenue since its launch. Publisher Top App Games Ltd. has also introduced a major game update: Clan Wars, an expansion of the clan mechanics set to release at the end of March.
The game now has three new tabs: Clan Shop, Clan Battle Pass, and Clan War. The primary source of points is Clan War, which occurs twice a month and lasts for eight days—five days of active competition followed by a three-day wrap-up phase.
In the Clan Shop, players can spend a special currency earned through Clan Wars. Exclusive items and special offers are available only during these events.
Clan Wars consist of six clans competing in a group, with each clan striving to earn the highest number of points by using flags for attacks. All players start with two flags, while premium subscribers receive an additional flag. Players can also obtain 1-2 extra flags by purchasing the Battle Pass, which allows premium users to use up to five flags in total.
Flags can be used in two ways: standard PvP battles, where players face random opponents to earn Clan War points, or Assault—a unique mode where players attack enemy base buildings.
At the end of each Clan War, the top 100 clans receive exclusive rewards, including cosmetic upgrades and a golden clan name, which remains visible until the next war.
