Based on Linda Blair’s unforgettable possessed character in The Exorcist (1973), this sixth-scale Regan MacNeil figure captures Regan at her most terrifying. Think yellow-green eyes, discolored teeth, gruesome facial wounds and synthetic hair, all paired with a blue-and-white fabric nightgown marked by eerie green stains.
The standard package includes three pairs of interchangeable hands, a floating Pazuzu head on a clear stand and a black hexagonal display base. Creepy details? Absolutely. Collector appeal? Off the charts.
Collector or Deluxe: Which One Will Haunt Your Wallet?
Sideshow is offering two versions:
- Collector Edition — $290: The essential Regan display, perfect for fans who want the possessed look without the extra theatrics.
- Deluxe Edition — $395: The full nightmare treatment, adding interchangeable portraits, extra foot and leg configurations, and a four-post bed complete with pillows and blankets.
The Deluxe version also includes a clear magnetic support rod, letting collectors recreate one of the film’s most unsettling moments: Regan levitating above her bed.
That’s a $105 jump over the Collector Edition, but for fans looking to build a scene straight out of the bedroom sequence, the upgrade could be worth every penny.
When Can You Get Your Hands on Her?
Both versions are available to preorder, with release currently estimated for May–August 2027. That’s still a wait, so don’t expect this horror icon to arrive on your doorstep anytime soon.
Whether you opt for the simpler display or go all-in on the levitating nightmare, Sideshow’s Regan MacNeil looks ready to bring a classic slice of cinematic terror to your collection.
Just maybe don’t leave her facing your bed at night.
