Troye Sivan is entering a new era—and he’s doing it with a love letter.
The global pop artist has released “She’s the Best,” the title track from his fourth studio album, She’s the Best, arriving October 9, 2026. It’s his first new music since signing with Interscope Records, and it finds Sivan sounding more playful, personal and uninhibited than ever.
Built from spoken verses, guitars, strings and synths before bursting into euphoric release, “She’s the Best” celebrates the women—especially trans women—as well as drag queens, feminine-presenting people and the feminine spirit that have shaped Sivan’s life and creativity.
The song arrives with a suitably cinematic visual from director Gordon von Steiner, reuniting with Sivan after their acclaimed collaborations on “One of Your Girls,” “Got Me Started” and “Rush.” Inspired by 1980s queer New York, the film mixes hyper-feminine glamour, sensuality and high-fashion imagery. And yes, Nicole Kidman makes a memorable appearance, adding an extra dose of Australian pop-culture magic.
The forthcoming album promises to be Sivan’s most immersive and emotionally open yet, exploring desire, identity, loneliness, joy and queer belonging through all of life’s contradictions.
With She’s the Best, he’s embracing every side of himself—and inviting us along for the ride.
