“Breakdown Lane” is the promising new single from Philadelphia’s Bad History Month. The song comes from the recently announced True Delusion EP, due out on July 7th. The album was recorded in Philly at Sean Sprecher’s house, Near 4ever Boner, and Blood Red Sky by Sprecher, Tim Jordan (Sun Organ), and Dan Angel.

Speaking about the song, Sprecher shared:

“It’s about being really bummed out. Life has passed you by and day by day continues to leave you behind. A dry dead rose reminds you of last year’s love and good intentions gone to dust. It’s a cryin’ shame.”

And in regards to the upcoming EP:

“Spring 2021. Vaccines. Everybody out again. I started my first rock band and joined a cult. The end of the world was good for me. Happiness is a true delusion. And all of it was real.”
