Street Fighter 6 is about to get a whole lot sharper.

Capcom has unveiled Yasmine, the first fighter joining the game’s Year 4 roster, and she’s bringing the fast-paced Filipino martial art of Eskrima to the fight when she arrives on August 3, 2026.

Hailing from the Philippines, Yasmine’s story is driven by family and determination. Trained alongside her older brother by their grandfather, she put away her signature Karambit knife after her brother mysteriously disappeared. But inspired by a certain French supermodel’s FooTube videos, Yasmine picks up her blade once more and sets out to find him.

In battle, Yasmine is all about speed, mobility, and relentless pressure. Her moveset features acrobatic knife attacks, sweeping advances, airborne mix-ups, and powerful Bayani Mode enhancements that reward aggressive play. Players can also unleash flashy Super Arts, including the devastating Level 3 finisher, Pamumukadkad ng Sampaguita.

Yasmine will be available through the Year 4 Character Pass and Ultimate Pass, arriving alongside major balance updates for the entire roster. Players can also unlock her school-uniform Outfit 2 through Avatar Arcade Mode or with Fighter Coins.

She’s just the beginning of Street Fighter 6’s Year 4 lineup, which will also introduce Arjun, Tifa from the Final Fantasy VII Remake series, and Bosch.

With more than seven million copies sold worldwide, Street Fighter 6 continues to expand its roster and evolve its competitive landscape—and Yasmine looks ready to make an immediate impact when she cuts her way into the arena this August.
