Indie publisher Critical Reflex, known for Mouthwashing and Buckshot Roulette, has teamed up with developer Trioskaz to release their latest title, No, I’m Not a Human, now available on Steam.

Set in the twilight of a dying world, the game places you in a single, fragile refuge: your own home. The rules are simple but brutal—stay inside, keep the door locked, and only let humans in. The problem is that not everyone who knocks is what they seem. Dozens of guests will arrive throughout the night, each with a story to tell. Some are desperate survivors, some are dangerous intruders, and some are Visitors wearing convincing human disguises.

Every decision you make could tip the balance between survival and annihilation. Do you listen to their pleas, take the risk, and offer shelter? Or do you cut the conversation short, trusting your instincts before it’s too late? Along the way, you’ll uncover hidden rooms, unexpected twists in your guests’ tales, and multiple endings shaped by your choices.

No, I’m Not a Human is priced at $14.99 on Steam, currently with a 10% launch discount. A console release for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S is also in development.

The end of the world is here. The question is, who do you trust enough to let in?
