When AURORA joins forces with Tom Rowlands of The Chemical Brothers, you don’t expect subtlety — but you do get alchemy. Enter TOMORA and their new single “SOMEWHERE ELSE,” premiered by Zane Lowe on Apple Musicalongside an in-depth interview.
“SOMEWHERE ELSE” feels cosmic from the first note. AURORA’s otherworldly vocal melody drifts in like a signal from deep space before Rowlands locks it into a blissed-out yet muscular rhythm. The result is electronic music that’s both intimate and immense — euphoric, heavy, and strangely eternal. It’s no surprise the track reportedly cast a spell when debuted at Glastonbury Festival.
The single previews TOMORA’s debut album COME CLOSER, out April 17 via Capitol Records. The 12-track LP follows “RING THE ALARM” and the title track, building serious momentum ahead of TOMORA’s live debut at Coachella 2026 and UK launch show in Manchester.
More than a side project, TOMORA is a collision of visionary pop and big-beat futurism — proof that when two boundary-pushing artists connect, the dancefloor becomes a portal to somewhere else entirely.
