Ready to open the box? Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival is officially out today, bringing Pinhead, the Cenobites, and a whole new nightmare to PC and consoles.

Developed by Saber Interactive, Hellraiser: Revival is a new, original story set within Clive Barker’s iconic horror universe. Players take on a desperate mission to save their girlfriend from the depths of Hell—while accidentally setting off a ritual that could unleash something much worse.

The big attraction? The Genesis Configuration, a cursed artifact that gives players supernatural abilities including pyrokinesis, telekinesis, and Hell Chains. Those powers aren’t just for combat; they also play a role in solving puzzles and navigating the game’s twisted Labyrinth.

And yes, Doug Bradley is back as the voice of Pinhead, returning to the character nearly 40 years after first making the Cenobite leader a horror icon.

If you’re a Hellraiser fan, this is the big draw: Revival isn’t simply borrowing the franchise’s imagery. It’s being presented as a new canonical chapter in Barker’s universe, complete with Cenobites, cultists, gruesome creatures, and plenty of infernal atmosphere.

The game is available now on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. The Standard Edition is $39.99, while the $49.99 Deluxe Edition adds weapons, cosmetics, an ’80s horror movie filter, digital art book, novella, soundtrack, and more.

PC players can also try the free Steam demo before committing.
