Militarie Gun are taking affordability on tour this fall. The Los Angeles hardcore-punk outfit has announced 20 Songs for 20 Dollars, a 27-date North American headline run in support of their latest album, God Save The Gun.
Kicking off in Oklahoma City this September, the tour will make stops in Austin, Miami, Nashville, Philadelphia, Toronto, Chicago, Vancouver and more before wrapping up with a hometown show in Los Angeles on October 15. Support comes from Softcult, Shady Nasty and Dazy on select dates.
The band’s mission is simple: keep live music accessible. “The world is falling apart and everyone is broke, so we’re bringing you 20 Songs for 20 Dollars,” says vocalist Ian Shelton. “We can’t control ticketing fees, but we can control whether or not the ticket is affordable to begin with.”
The announcement arrives on the heels of a busy year for Militarie Gun, including a well-received NPR Tiny Desk Concert, a North American run with Joyce Manor, and a packed festival schedule stretching across Europe and North America. They’ll also join Sex Pistols for a string of West Coast dates this October.
Released via Loma Vista Recordings, God Save The Gun continues to build momentum behind standout tracks including “God Owes Me Money,” “B A D I D E A,” and “Throw Me Away,” further cementing Militarie Gun as one of punk’s most vital modern voices.
Tickets go on sale June 12 at 10am local time. Ticket Order Link
